Nail Biting -
What treatment would be involved?
1 sessions maybe all you need to stop the biting, however, since nail biting is a behaviour that might indicate you have other anxieties, it may be worth a deep exploration as to why you bite your nails, in which case I would recommend 3-6 sessions.
Upon request we can offer a back up CD so you can benefit from the long term effects of hypnosis.
Nail biting is an unwanted compulsive behaviour. It is habit that we pick up in childhood and sometimes carry it with us in to adulthood.
Why do I bite my nails?
People bite their nails for a number of reasons: Stress, boredom, comfort, familiarity and even mild OCD have been shown to be route causes.
