CBT is a talking therapy that is used to help people better understand their thoughts and feelings that lead to unwanted behaviours. CBT has a range of functions and is effective when treating such things as: Phobias, anxiety, addictions, and depression.

One of the most attractive elements of CBT is that treatment is quicker than most conventional talking therapies. The treatment focuses on a very specific set of behaviours.

The demands of a busy lifestyle often mean that we are on the go, travelling and having limited time to actually see a therapist, face to face. We have devised a service that is safe and secure with the added benefit that it can be done at your convenience.

Email CBT

This package is designed for those people who, may not have access to Skype, and have the added burden of a schedule that may not necessarily allow you to have face-to-face sessions.

The advantage of an e-mail CBT package, is that you can access your e-mail at any time convenient to you. With this particular package, you will have a minimum of five e-mail exchanges.

In this package you we offer the following benefits:

  • A free consultation.
  • An assessment of your issues.
  • A treatment plan.
  • Self-help materials. 
  • Prompt replies.
  • Many programmes to suit you: Five e-mail exchanges, one off emails, or block book six or ten exchanges.
  • After session tasks to help you post session.

Face to Face CBT

This particular package is designed for those people who have a more traditional view of therapy. In this particular package, I will offer you the full benefits of the cognitive behaviour therapy program on a face-to-face basis.

The minimum length of the programme consists of six sessions, over six weeks. More sessions if needed, can be provided.

In this package you will receive:

  • A free consultation.
  • An assessment of your issues.
  • A treatment plan.
  • Self-help materials.
  • A time and place to suit you (evening appointments available).
  • After session tasks to help you post session.
